4th Bodhisattva Vow

As a disciple of the Buddha, I must not use false words and speech, or encourage others to lie or lie by expedient means. I must not involve myself in the causes, conditions, methods, or karma of lying, saying that I have seen what I have not seen or vice-versa, or lying implicitly through physical or mental means.

As the Buddha’s disciple, I must maintain Right Speech and Right View always, and lead all others to maintain them as well. If instead, I cause wrong speech, wrong views or unwholesome karma in others, I commit a major offense.

I forget that provoking others to commit unskillful speech, acts, etc is included in the vows,& the 8fold Path. Thanks for the reminder:)
