May I be free from enmity and danger.
May I be free from triple suffering.
May I embrace happiness!
May my parents, teachers, family, friends
and Dharma siblings
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May all meditators in this place
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May all monastics, novices, and lay disciples
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May donors of the four supports
(robes, food, medicine, and quarters)
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May our guardians and protectors
in this hermitage, in this dwelling, in this compound,
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May all beings, all who breathe, all creatures,
all sentients, all beings with mind,
all females, all males, all intersexed,
all noble awakened beings,
all worldlings yet to attain awakening,
all celestials, all humans, all those in woeful planes,
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May they embrace happiness!
May whatever they have attained never be lost!
All beings are owners of our actions
in the east, in the west, in the north, in the south,
in the southeast, in the northwest,
in the northeast, in the southwest,
below and above.
May all beings, all who breathe, all creatures,
all sentients, all beings with mind,
all females, all males, all intersexed,
all noble awakened beings,
all worldlings yet to attain awakening,
all celestials, all humans,
all those in woeful planes,
be free from enmity and danger,
be free from triple suffering.
May we embrace happiness!
May all beings be free from suffering!
May whatever we have attained never be lost!
All beings are owners of our actions,
heirs to our actions, born of our actions,
related through our actions, and have our actions as our judge.
Whatever we do, for good or for ill, to that will we fall heir.
From the highest plane of existence
to the lowest plane in the entire universe,
whatever beings abide in earth, water, fire,
air, space, and beyond space,
with form and without form,
may they be free of internal suffering and enmity
and from external suffering and danger.
May all embrace happiness!
