Solutions come from safety

‘Difficult’ situations cannot and do not improve by focusing on them on the contrary, once the mind has generated an unpleasant feeling, it will continue to find those aspects that confirm the feeling and exclude all that do not.

The first step to resolve difficulties is to set all concerns aside. The worrying mind does not see answers or solutions, only problems. It may harbor desires that may or may not be for our benefit if they come to pass. It may harbor fears and, holding on to them, attract their manifestation.

Fill the mind with the recollection of Those who know all, the Buddhas. Place all cares at Their feet. If we associate mentally (through mantra) with Them, we come under Their protection. From that place of safety, solutions will come. They will not come from worry.
