Three Responsibilities

The Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma reveal our three responsibilities:

We are responsible for our acts. We make our own suffering and happiness with our thoughts, words, and deeds.

We are responsible for our view of the world.  All notions of subject and object, self and selves, phenomena and characteristics are mere transformations of consciousness only.

We are responsible for universal wellbeing. We must guide all beings to liberation and enlightenment by fully manifesting our Buddha Nature and helping others to manifest their own. –TN
