This Is Not Me


Any form [feeling, perception, volition, consciousness] whatsoever that is past, future, or present; internal or external; gross or subtle; common or sublime; far or near —every form [feeling, perception, volition, consciousness] is to be seen as it has come to be, with right discernment:

“This is not me. This is not mine. This is not my self.”
