Not Necessary

ft016__15394_2000xHere and now, we’re dying. All our thoughts, all our emotions, all our breaths, all our bodies, flow constantly. Just as it is in the universe, this constant movement is in us death and rebirth at each moment.

Understanding this truth, we can also understand the greater-scale rebirth that happens every morning when we wake up.

It is not necessary to speculate about what happens after death. It is already happening at every moment.

―Ayya Khema
