disclose a gentle countenance.

Do not manifest anger and intolerance.

dwell firmly in humility’s insights.

Do not arouse a spirit of arrogance.

    Thank you Tashi,

On way to DC to march with Sierra Club. I have been having issues with my back. I had a cyst drained off my spine yesterday and tons better today. Should get back in swing of things by next week.

Thank you Tashi for all you do.
