However much you engage in physical activity, that much you will be exhausted.
However much you talk, that many more concepts you will generate.
However much you think, it brings that much more uneasiness.

I don’t understand this sentence- getting exercise is taking care of our bodies. I thought this would be an important aspect of our practice.
It is a reminder to not exceed our capacity in frivolus activity.
