998157_582547265171073_743527845_nBirth is suffering, aging is suffering, decay is suffering, death is suffering.

Sorrow, lamentation, pain, sadness, and discontent are suffering.

Union with the unpleasant is suffering. Separation from the pleasant is suffering.

Not getting what one wants is suffering. Getting what one does not want is suffering.

In short, the five aggregates of conditioned existence are suffering.
