Refrain from all that is unnecessary. Do we really need all the latest gadgets and fashions?
Reduce consumption. Of the things we do need, could we do with smaller or fewer?
Retain what you have as long as possible. Do we replace things while they’re still useful?
Repurpose everything. Can the things we have be made to serve another purpose?
Remember: the greatest reduction in waste and the most formidable contribution we can make to the health of our planet is to go vegan. If you’re not ready to do so, consider reducing your meat and dairy consumption. Go vegan once a day, or once a week, or once a month. It will make a big difference!
